Vietnam Securities Depository Centre (VSD)’s HCM City branch has recently announced about the dividend payment in cash for 2011 of Lilama 45.3 Joint Stock Co (coded L43). Accordingly, L43 will pay 10 percent dividend in cash for 2011, equaling to 1,000 dong per share. The ex-interest date is on November 5 and the registration deadline is on November 7. The payment date is scheduled on December 18. With 3.5 million shares in circulation, the company plans to spend about 3.5 billion dong paying dividend.
